Good afternoon,
On behalf of the Park Board of The Town of Prince's Lakes, we would like to take this opportunity to explain our relationship to the Town Council, our upcoming fundraising event, Party for the Parks, and where we are at currently in that planning.
The Park Board, made up of volunteer members, is a separate entity from the Town Council of The Town of Prince's Lakes. We work for the Parks located in The Town of Prince's Lakes, but our operation is separate from the Town Council. We work for the Parks of The Town of Prince's Lakes.
As we continue with finalizing our upcoming event, we encourage, invite, and welcome community members, businesses, and surrounding support to participate with this event. We are still in the process of working with sponsors, donors, and participants for the event as we have not finalized all details.
We have received a huge outpouring of support from Prince's Lakes residents, community businesses, and surrounding support from individuals and businesses.
Our goal is to continue with our focus, The Parks of The Town of Prince's Lakes.
With our upcoming fundraiser, Party for the Parks, held at The Town Park on October 12, 2024, we are excited to be able to use the support received to fulfill the community's request for our Parks to provide a Dog Park, Pickleball courts, and a new walking trail.
